Delo on Russia's Presidential Election

Ljubljana, 27 March - Russia's new president was chosen as early as last year; that happened officially on the day of Boris Yeltsin's resignation. Sunday's election was just a referendum for Vladimir Putin. The voting marked the official end of Yeltsin's decade. Will his apprentice do any better than his tutor, who had become rather worn out over the last few years?
