President Kucan Sends Congratulatory Cable to Vladimir Putin

Slovene President Milan Kucan sent a congratulatory cable to Russian President-elect Vladimir Putin. In the cable Kucan wished Putin much success in carrying out the responsibilities of this important position, was reported from the President's Office.
