Intereuropa Plans to Take Over STC Celje

Koper, 29 March - The international haulage contractor, transportation and maritime company Intereuropa issued a letter of intent to take over the warehouse and transport centre STC Celje on Wednesday. The Koper-based Intereuropa, southwestern Slovenia, will be buying STC Celje securities in the period from the issue of the intent to the expiration of the term for the bid to be accepted, Intereuropa reported.
