Brezigar: Positive Assessment of Slovenia in Budapest

The annual conference on money laundering in Central and Eastern Europe concluded on Wednesday in Budapest. Chief State Prosecutor Barbara Brezigar attended the conference in the role of Slovene rapporteur. Brezigar informed the STA that the participants assessed the success of the central and eastern European countries in the prevention of money laundering, in addition to becoming introduced with the EU's expectation in this field. "Slovenia was positively assessed," stressed Brezigar.
