Drnovsek's Proposal Does Not Solve the Key Problem, Says Jansa

President of the Social Democrats (SDS) Janez Jansa told the press on late Monday evening that the prime minister's proposal was 'an attempt to intervene in the accumulated problems concerning the functioning of the executive, yet the proposal deals with only a small part of these problems'. Jansa is on late Monday evening attending an extraordinary session of the party's executive committee, which discusses the prime minister's demand that the parliament should take a vote of confidence on the government, and the prime minister's proposal of new ministers.
