Slovene Olive Oil Industry Visited by COI Chairman

Ljubljana, 5 April - AGRICULTURE/OLIVES/OIL
International Olive Oil Council (COI) chairman Fausto Luchetti is on the second and final day of his visit to Slovenia which has come about following an invitation from Minister for Agriculture, Forestry and Food Ciril Smrkolj. During Wednesday's meeting with the representatives of the Agriculture Ministry he will discuss the possibility for the use of COI assistance in the Slovene olive oil industry and in the production of olive oil. Luchetti will also meet with President Milan Kucan and Deputy Prime Minister Marjan Podobnik.
