Sava Tires Operates Successfuly in the First Quarter of 2000
Kranj, 6 April - The company Sava Tires, which successfully concluded the 1999 business year, recording incomes of SIT 34.5 billion (over 170 million euros) and profits of over SIT 2 billion (over 9.9 million euros), continued with good business results in the first quarter of 2000. The company, which sells its products in more than 50 countries worldwide, recorded the turnover of SIT 9.4 billion (over 46.5 million euros), with the profit being estimated at SIT 1.1 billion (over 5.4 million euros), company's director Richard A. Johnson said at a news conference on Thursday.
