Slovenia-Croatia Cross-Border Co-operation to be Launched
Ljubljana, 6 April - The government on Thursday confirmed projects for cross-border co-operation between Slovenia and Croatia. SIT 2.18 billion (some 10.8 million euros) of funds are foreseen for these projects from this year's budget. The co-operation was prepared on the model of cross-border co-operations with Italy, Austria and Hungary, which are underway within the EU Phare aid programmes, Slovene Minister for European Affairs Igor Bavcar told at the news conference after the government session.
