Delo Comments on CoE Decision to Suspend Russia's Right to Vote
Ljubljana, 8 April - The suspension of the right to vote in the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (CoE) for Russia is a minimal disciplinary measure which the CoE owes to unfortunate Chechnya. On its own the measure presents nothing special. To make it work it will take those who are at home (in Russia) and those who are not home (Russians in Chechnya), the paper Delo writes on Saturday.
