Slovene Researcher Wins Humboldt Award for Outstanding Research

Ljubljana, 10 April - SCIENCE/AWARD/SLOVENIA
A Slovene researcher has won a German award for outstanding international achievements in research. Boris Zemva of the Ljubljana-based Jozef Stefan Research Institute is thus the first Slovene scientist to receive the Humboldt Award. The award-winning ceremony took place as part of a conference of scientists at Bamberg Castle in Germany from 6 to 9 April.
