ZLSD Favours Early Election
Ljubljana, 11 April - CONSULTATIONS/KUCAN/ZLSD
President of the opposition United List of Social Democrats (ZLSD) Borut Pahor and head of the ZLSD deputy group Miran Potrc on Tuesday's consultation with Slovene President Milan Kucan proposed an early election as the best solution of the current situation. The two ZLSD legislators were of the opinion that the search of a prime minister-designate and the formation of an interim government would be a waste of both time and energy. An early election on the other hand would enable the people to say what kind of government they want, Pahor told STA after the consultation.
