Ljubljana, 12 April - An early election under the second-ballot plurality system is a matter verging on science fiction - it would be a miracle indeed if the legislators managed to pass the corresponding bill in all three readings in about a fortnight, even though they followed the example of their predecessors, who "worked" for the state eagerly day and night, the major Slovene daily writes in Wednesday's edition.
