Kucan: The Largest Share of Responsibility Lies with Parliament

Slovenia has entered a sensitive period of time as it is confronted with certain projects that can only be carried out if the country enjoys full credibility, for which stability is required on the domestic political scene, Slovene President Milan Kucan said following Wednesday's meeting with the youth from the northeastern city of Maribor.
