The Slovene ethnic minority in Italy responds to the latest Italian government crisis, which resulted in the defeat of the centre-left coalition in the regional elections on 16 April and announced resignation of Prime Minister Massimo D'Alema. The minority is in particular concerned in regards to the adoption of the bill to protect the Slovene minority, which has been repeatedly postponed.
