Banks Advocate Gradual Transition to Nominal Interest Rate System
Portorož, 19 April - BANKS/NOMINAL/INTEREST/RATE
Slovene financial experts met on Wednesday at the third meeting of bank treasurers, discussing the nominal interest rate system and the interest policy. They were of the opinion that it was too soon for the transition to the nominal interest rate system, and therefore advocated gradual adaptation. The meeting was organised by the Slovene Bank Association in the coastal city of Portoroz.
