Stock Exchange Turnover on the Decrease

The Ljubljana Stock Exchange saw the continuing trend of falling shares prices and scarce turnover last week. The latter amounted to SIT 5.2 billion (25.7 million euros), of which SIT 2.9 billion or 56 percent was handled in lot deals. The SBI share index fell 1.66 percent to 1,705.91 points, while the authorised investment companies' index, PIX, lost 2.64 percent to 1,284.76 points.
