Majority Electoral System Once Again on Parliamentary Agenda

Ljubljana, 25 April - PARLIAMENT/ELECTORAL/BILL
The National Assembly has begun debating, in first reading, the bill on elections by the second ballot plurality system which has been drafted by the opposition Social Democrats (SDS). In order for the bill to be passed at least 60 out of a total of 90 deputies should back it.
