Slovenia Has a Moral Role to Play in Organising NATO Candidates, Says Jackson

Slovenia has already a rather significant set of accomplishments politically, economically and regarding the Membership Action Plan, and has a moral role to play in organising the other NATO candidate countries in the campaign prior to the 2002 NATO summit, at which a decision will be taken on whether to launch a second round of expansion or not, said the chairman of the U.S. committee for NATO expansion, Bruce Jackson, upon completion of his two-day visit to Slovenia on Wednesday.
