Croat Suspected of Double Murder Still on the Run

Ljubljana, 2 May - POLICE/MURDER/SUSPECT
Despite an intensive manhunt launched by the Slovene police, Damir Grdenic, a 21-year old Croatian citizen suspected of murdering two persons in Slovenia, is still at large. The police has contacted the Croatian police and informed the Interpol about the manhunt, the Slovene police told a press conference on Tuesday afternoon. The police believe that the criminal is headed for Austria as he told his inmates before the escape from prison he would like to run away to the West.
