Haiku Poets from Ten Countries to Meet at Tolmin

The Slovene town of Tolmin, northwestern Slovenia, will host a three-day meeting of haiku poets at the beginning of September. The artist will come from seven European countries, the U.S., Canada and Japan. The meeting at Tolmin will be the second most important European meeting of writers and theorists of this traditional Japanese short poem, following the World Haiku Festival in London this summer.
