Portorož, 4 May - The 46th seminar Rose-Roth, organised by the Slovene parliament in co-operation with the NATO Parliamentary Assembly, opened on Thursday by Speaker of Slovene parliament Janez Podobnik and deputy Speaker of the NATO parliamentary assembly Tahir Koese. The seminar will discuss the management of arms proliferation and guidelines for the 21st century.
