Podobnik Attends a Conference of European Parliamentary Speakers

Strasbourg, 5 May - A two-day meeting of parliamentary speakers of the Council of Europe (CoE) member states began in Strasbourg on Friday, also with a participation of Speaker of the Slovene Parliament Janez Podobnik. The 15th meeting of parliamentary speakers, which is attended by all 41 CoE member states, will discuss the co-operation of national parliaments with the CoE parliament as well as parliaments' role in combating organised crime and corruption.
