Liberal Democracy is a Very Stable Party, Drnovsek Says

Outgoing Prime Minister and head of the Liberal Democrats (LDS) Janez Drnovsek told the press on Friday that he was aware of the possibility that a new prime minister-designate could be elected, therefore he was not surprised by the election of Andrej Bajuk on Wednesday. Early elections would have been a better solution, as the interim government will have no opportunities whatsoever to do anything, Drnovsek said after a session of the LDS deputies.
