Rose-Roth Seminar on Arms Proliferation in its Second Day

Portorož, 5 May - The coastal town of Portoroz hosted the second day of the 46th Rose-Roth seminar on management of arms proliferation and orientation for the 21st century. The American, Russian and European vision were presented today at this seminar which is organised by the Slovene Parliament and by the NATO parliamentary assembly.
