Bled to Host Regional Ministerial Conference

Ljubljana, 10 May - A regional conference on science, technology and education as the bases of long-term development will take place on 11 and 12 May at the Alpine resort of Bled, northwestern Slovenia. The conference will be staged at the initiative of outgoing Slovene Minister for Science and Technology Lojze Marincek and is expected to be attended by ministers and senior officials from Croatia, Albania, Macedonia, Bosnia, Romania, Bolgaria, Hungary, the Czech Republic and Slovakia, as well as the European Commission and the Council of Europe.
