SDS: Although Unauthorised Gov't Appoints Civil Servants

Ljubljana, 10 May - The Social Democratic Party (SDS) believes that the outgoing government, which is supposed to deal merely with day-to-day business after loosing a vote of confidence in the parliament, has overstepped its authority with some of its decisions. As an example of such violation the party quotes appointments of civil servants during the government correspondence session on 4 May, which the party does not consider a day-to-day business.
