International Festival of Young Artists to Begin in the Evening

The fourth festival of young independent European artists will be launched on Wednesday evening, featuring a series of different events in several venues throughout Ljubljana until 17 May. 'Break 21' will showcase around 120 artists from 28 countries, who will use the festival to promote their music, theatre and dance productions, films, comics and other visual arts as well as Internet art, and design.
