Brdo pri Kranju, 10 May - The countries that have emerged on the territory of former Yugoslavia are the orphans of Europe looking for a home, which must be provided to them as soon as possible, a special envoy of the UN Secretary General and coordinator of the UN mission in Bosnia, Jacques Klein, said on Wednesday, addressing the international conference on NATO and the EU in Southeastern Europe in the 21st century, which was underway at Brdo Castle, some 30 km northwest of Ljubljana.
