Portorož, 11 May - The liberalisation of the market of telecommunications and information technology is of key importance for the development of the Slovene economy. Slovenia already falls behind in this area, mainly due to the absence of legal regulations and poor investments. The readiness of Slovene financial institutions and companies to invest in the "new economy" is very low, realised the participants of a panel at the conference on finance and stock market, which opened at the Slovene seaside resort of Portoroz on Thursday.
