Alosno Advances into Semi-Finals

Spaniard Julian Alonso became the first semi-finalist of the Renault Slovenian Open ATP tournament after he defeated Michel Kratocvhil in straight sets, 6:3 and 7:6 (9:7). The big-serving Spaniard, who is ranked 123 in the world, has now become one of the favourites for the tournament title.
