Zagreb, 16 May - It will be possible to solve outstanding issues between Slovenia and Croatia only after the Slovene parliamentary election, as only a government that got its legitimacy at an election and that has a time perspective and a clear strategy on what it wants can be a serious partner of Croatia in solving open issues, Croatian Foreign Minister Tonino Picula said in an interview for Croatian daily Novi list published on Tuesday.
