Privatisation of Lek
Ljubljana, 28 December - LEK/PRIVATISATION
A revision of ownership transformation, proposed by the Agency for Privatisation, has been completed in Lek, the second largest Slovenian pharmaceutical, chemical products, and cosmetics factory. It showed that the share of socially owned capital in Lek stood at 89.7 per cent and that a 10.3 per cent share was in private hands, said director of Lek Metod Dragonja Monday.
