Rasica Seeks Fresh Capital

Ljubljana, 16 May - The shareholders of knitwear factory Rasica on Tuesday increased the company's share capital by SIT 795.32 million (about 4 million euros) to SIT 1.614 billion (about 8 million euros). To that end 795,320 registered ordinary shares will be issued to exchange claims of a number of creditors into ownership shares.
