Ljubljana, 16 May - Boris Frlec, a former Slovene foreign minister, has been officially appointed extraordinary and plenipotentiary ambassador to the Netherlands. The relevant decree was signed by Slovenia's President Milan Kucan on Tuesday, the presidential office said.
