Slovene and Hungarian Officials Discuss Education of Minorities
Murska Sobota, 16 May - Slovene and Hungarian delegations met in Murska Sobota (northeast) on Tuesday to discuss the implementation of the agreement on special rights of the Slovene ethnic minority in Hungary and the Hungarian ethnic minority in Slovenia. Education of minorities concerns not only the local community, but it is the responsibility of the state, which has to act according to bilateral agreements, State Secretary in the Ministry for Education and Sport Alenka Tastanoska said after the meeting.
