Kucan: Only the Upcoming EU Enlargement Represents True Integration of Europe

Slovene President Milan Kucan addressed European MP's in Strasbourg on Wednesday. He stressed that EU enlargement towards the countries which used to belong to the ideological European East means a true integration and globalisation of Europe. Its potential delay would imply that Europe has not yet buried its past, Kucan said.
