Robertson Attends Slovene-Lithuanian Conference on NATO Enlargement
Vilnius, 19 May - Slovene outgoing Foreign Minister Dimitrij Rupel is on Friday in Vilnius attending a Slovene-Lithuanian conference on NATO's role in the changing security environment in Europe, which is attended by foreign ministers or their deputies of all nine NATO candidate countries, as well as senior officials of several international organisations, including NATO Secretary General George Robertson, who said the conference was of great importance. Robertson also confirmed the NATO open-door policy.
