Slovene Authors Successfully Conclude Tour of Brazil

Ljubljana, 19 May - Eight Slovene authors and translators returned from a tour around Brazil last week. During the visit, which was organised by the Centre for Slovene Literature and some Brazilian institutions, they participated in book-reading events, debates, and met with some of their Brazilian colleagues. In the words of the head organisor of the tour, Brane Mozetic, this was the most successful tour to date, something proven by the extensive coverage devoted by the Brazilian newspapers.
