Foundations of Electoral System to Be Written in Constitution

Ljubljana, 19 May - PARLIAMENT/ELECTORAL/SYSTEM
The parliamentary commission for the electoral system and changes to the constitution expressed readiness at Friday's session to include the foundations of the electoral system in the constitution through changes to this highest legal act. The electoral system is to be confirmed in a follow-up referendum. A constitutional act is to stipulate a parliamentary call for a referendum on the adopted changes to the constitution.
