The establishment of the Central European Forum two years ago was justified as it has done much for bilateral connectedness between the members, as well as the binding and co-operation with regional delegations, the International Federation and International Committee of the Red Cross in Budapest, was written in the first resolution of the five-day working meeting of the national Red Cross societies, the members of the Central European Forum, which took place in Debeli rtic on the Slovene coast.
