Delo: The Bombs which Have not yet Been Made are the Most Dangerous
Ljubljana, 22 May - PRESS/NUCLEAR/NON-PROLIFERATION
"We - the U.S. Russia, Great Britain, France and China - have enough nuclear bombs to destroy the planet several times each, and even deorbit it in a coordinated action. We are the most qualified to speak about the planet's disarmament. We therefore urge all countries which do not possess nuclear weapons, except our allies, not to develop them and to renounce all nuclear tests. The bombs which have been made behind out backs hypocritically should be destroyed immediately in order to serve as an example to other countries. In particular the countries which have no nuclear weapons whatsoever nor any technical capacity to develop them should renounce them for good. Stored bombs are not the most dangerous, more dangerous are those which have not yet been manufactured," the daily Delo comments on an international conference on nuclear arms non-proliferation which finished on Saturday and was held at the UN headquarters in New York.
