Seminar on Minorities' Role in Bilateral Relations Underway at Brdo
Brdo pri Kranju, 23 May - A two-day seminar on the role of ethnic minorities in bilateral relations organised by the Council of Europe and the office for Slovenes abroad is taking place at Brdo pri Kranju, some 30 km northwest of Ljubljana. The seminar is attended by government officials, representatives of local authorities in border regions and minority organisations from Austria, Bosnia, Croatia, Italy, Romania, Slovenia and Macedonia, as well as officials from the European Commission, the Council of Europe, the Central European Initiative and the Council of Baltic States.
