Dolenjska banka to Pay Dividends of SIT 2,000 per Share

Novo Mesto, 23 May - DOLENJSKA/BANK/SHAREHOLDERS
Shareholders of the bank Dolenjska banka unanimously adopted all proposed decisions at Tuesday's meeting and agreed not to allocate last year's net profits of SIT 478 million (2.3 million euros). As much as SIT 559 million (2.7 million euros) of revaluated and undistributed profit from the recent years was intended for dividents.
