Slovenia wishes to revive talks on succession of the former Yugoslavia, which came to a halt during the recent Kosovo crisis, Outgoing Foreign Minister Dimitrij Rupel has pointed out. A scenario for solving the question of succession should be prepared so that, after the fall of the regime led by Yugoslav President Slobodan Milosevic, the successors are able to resume negotiations, Rupel said on Wednesday.
