Merkur to Continue the Tradition of Successful Traders

Celje/Naklo, 24 May - COMPANIES/KOVINOTEHNA/MERKUR
Supervisory board of the Celje-based international trading company Kovinotehna, (eastern Slovenia) discharged the former executive board on Wednesday. The Kovinotehna management resigned on 11 May after disagreeing with the concept of merger proposed by its parent company Merkur. A new board headed by Alojz Burja, director of wholesale in Merkur from Kranj (some 30 km northwest of Ljubljana) will take over the management of Kovinotehna as of 1 June.
