Bajuk and his Ministerial Candidates to File a Lawsuit

Ljubljana, 24 May - GOVERNMENT/VOTING/LAWSUIT
Slovene Prime Minister Andrej Bajuk and all 17 ministerial candidates, who failed to gain parliamentary approval at Tuesday's first round of voting on a new government, decided to file a lawsuit at the supreme court on Wednesday against the decisions taken by the electoral commission. The commission's decisions to repeat the voting and to confirm the results reached in the repeated round of voting are disputed.
