Lawsuit Filed at the Supreme Court
Ljubljana, 24 May - GOVERNMENT/VOTING/LAWSUIT
Slovene Prime Minister Designate Andrej Bajuk and all 17 ministerial candidates, who failed to gain parliamentary approval at Tuesday's first round of voting on a new government, on Wednesday evening filed a lawsuit at the supreme court against the decisions taken by the parliamentary electoral commission on Tuesday night. This was confirmed by the Social Democrats (SDS).
