If Forced, LDS Will File Lawsuits, Says Golobic

The lawsuit which Prime Minister-Designate Andrej Bajuk and his 17 ministerial candidates filed at the supreme court on Wednesday is a means that is neither legally nor politically appropriate, secretary general of the Liberal Democrats (LDS) Gregor Golobic told the press on Thursday. The LDS has prepared three lawsuits that will be filed at the constitutional, supreme and administration courts because the vote of confidence on Janez Drnovsek's government was public and not secret as it should have been, if the supreme court seriously proceeds Bajuk's lawsuit, Golobic explained.
