Supreme Court Has Taken Up the Complaint by Bajuk and His Ministers

The Supreme Court has begun hearing the complaint of the Prime Minister-Designate Andrej Bajuk and his 17 ministerial candidates against the decision of the parliamentary commission in charge of determining the result of voting on the ministerial list. This means that the senate which will decide on the matter has been formed. The President of this senate is the supreme court judge and a member of the court council Vasilij Polic.
