SBI Reaches Year Low
Ljubljana, 27 May - Last week the stock indices reached year's low at the Ljubljana Stock Exchange. The share index SBI finished Friday's trading at 1596.03 points, 3.02 percent down from a week before and reached the lowest value since March 1998. The authorised investment companies' index PIX dropped 4.2 percent to 1133.12 points. The overall turnover at the stock exchange amounted to SIT 4.7 billion (23 million euros), of which SIT 1.1 billion accounted for deals with shares in the official listing segment A.
